STEP 1: Attend the Weekly Webinar
The first step of my easy 3-step process is attending a FREE 60-Min Medicare 101 Educational Webinar.
STEP 2: Make an appointment for a one-on-one call with a licensed agent.
Schedule a 15-min personal consultation or a 90-min “assisted” enrollment meeting with a licensed agent that will guide you through the process, start to finish.
STEP 3: Plans Portal. Enroll into a Plan that is Right for you.
This is for an “unassisted enrollment” using technology to guide you. Choose from a selection of Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare prescription drug plan’s available in your area.

- NOW YOU’RE READY TO JUMP IN! All you need to do is go to the “STEP 1” Medicare 101 Educational Webinar sign up form, enter your information, and you will be sent an e-mail with a link to confirm your intent to be on the mailing list (double opt-in). You will then be sent the Medicare 101 Educational Webinar links and reminders of the Zoom call. If you do not receive it check your SPAM box or re-submit your e-mail to make sure it was correctly entered!

Prerequisites for booking an appointment:
1. You must attend the Medicare 101 Educational Webinar.
2. You live in a state that I am licensed in. CA, CO, FL, IA, MN, NC, OH, SD, TX, and VA
3. You are within your initial coverage timeframe of three months before, the month of, and three months after you turn 65, retiring, leaving your employment plan, or being qualified through the social security disability program.

Step 3
Now Senior Health Plan Pro’s (SM) has gotten you ready to Enroll into a Medicare Plan
This is where we help you to enroll into a personalized plan and get you onboard the Medicare System. Our Assistance Team will help walk you through the process (see STEP 2) or if you feel confident about the type of plan (Medicare Advantage or Supplement} that you want to enroll into and you are comfortable with technology, then click into “STEP 3: Medicare Plans”” tab and enter your zip code.
Be prepared with:
1. Your RX list, name of medication, how many mg, and how many times per day.
2. Your Preferred Pharmacy address information to see if it’s in-network and if it’s considered a “Preferred or Standard” pharmacy.
3. Your Primary care Dr. or any Dr. that you need to see if they are “in-network.”
4. Your Medicare card
This information will be necessary when you start the enrollment process with us both on the phone and online, or by yourself by going to the STEP 3: Medicare Plans portal. The STEP 3: Medicare Plans enrollment portal is very easy to use. It is user friendly and will fully guide you through the enrollment process start to finish, including looking up the annual estimated RX drug costs. You will enter your zip code and it will bring up the plans that are available in your area. You will be able to compare plans, see the premiums, the annual maximum out of pocket, any deductibles, or co-payments. Be sure to look at the summery of benefits so you can see the specifics of the plan and what it covers in any given situation. It will let you know if that plan covers extra benefits such as a gym membership.
Once you have decided on the plan you will be able to enroll with the click of a button. You can use a computer, a tablet, or your Smart Phone.
