Step 2: Make an Appointment
Step 2:
Schedule a 15-min Consultation or a 90- Minute enrollment meeting.
CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid) is now requiring a “Scope of Appointment” (SOA) form to be filled out and signed with a timestamp 48 hours or more before an appointment. Before the appointment starts the agent will need to finish the form and timestamp it.
Please do not schedule a 90-min enrollment meeting until 48 hours or more between when you sign the form and when we meet. I will need to cancel any appointments that do not meet the time requirements.
.
You can enroll through my Step 3: Plans portal with no SOA form or wait time.
Please Note: You must attend the Medicare 101 Educational Webinar unless you are an existing client. You also must reside in a state that I am licensed in: MN, IA, SD, OH, VA, NC, FL, TX, CO, and CA.
15 -Min Personal Consultation
90-Min Enrollment Meeting
The 90-min enrollment consultation is a private one-on-one Zoom Conference with a licensed agent. In this call we will first discuss your individual situation in depth. We will then sign onto the booking plan portal and enter your information including prescription drugs and medical providers. Then we will scroll through the plans and find the best options to suit your situation. We will go through the “Summary of Benefits” for the top 3 plans you select. You can ask any questions you may have, and when you are confident you have found the right plan, I will help you get enrolled. I will be there to guide you step-by-step and simplify the process.
Please note: To schedule your consultation please click the appropriate button to open the scheduling form. If you prefer not to submit your personal information or not to be contacted in the future, please submit your request to CustomerService@maketurning65easy.com and state that you do not wish to be contacted in the future. We will use your e-mail address to send the consultation details to you.
